I've rebuilt the freebsd instance formerly known as reinvention and redeployed a subset of the previous jail()ed guests. The install for 15.0-RELEASE is conspicuously prettier than the last .0-RELEASE I recall. Installing base as pkg packages rather than dist files was painless and managing base after that simple enough.

I've also put up the first feeble starts of a SNAC server & a gmid server. It feels good to be touching actual computers again, as old as they are.
